Your Role as a Social Media Manager
As our new Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for shaping Amazon's presence across various social media platforms. Your role will involve developing creative content strategies, managing social media campaigns, and ensuring our brand message aligns with our corporate goals. You will work closely with diverse teams, including creative, public relations, and customer service, to elevate our brand on social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and promote our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor trends in social media and engage with our audience to foster community and brand loyalty.
- Analyze social media performance and provide insights for continual improvement.
- Manage and grow engagements on platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Develop and manage paid social media campaigns that align with company goals and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or eCommerce environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing social media campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
